What you're actually buying

Sealcoating isn't about asphalt.

Asphalt is the mechanism. What you're buying is something different.

  • Curb appeal, restored

A deep, even, jet-black finish. The first thing visible from the street. Pride of pulling into it.

  • Years added to its life

Sun, water, ice, and oils break asphalt down. Sealcoat now is hundreds. Repave later is tens of thousands.

  • Done in a day

Most home upgrades are slow or messy. This one isn't. Show up morning, leave by next day.

Common questions

What to expect.

  • How long does the job take?
Most residential driveways are a one-day job. We're typically in and out within a few hours, with a 72-hour wait before you drive on the surface.
  • When can I drive on it?
Wait 72 hours before driving on the surface. We'll walk you through what to avoid until then.
  • How often should I sealcoat?
Every 2–3 years for most residential driveways, depending on traffic, sun exposure, and how the surface is wearing. We'll tell you honestly if you don't need it yet.
  • What if it rains?
We watch the forecast and don't schedule if rain is in the window. If we get caught out, we reschedule — sealer needs dry conditions to cure properly.
  • Is the sealer safe for pets and kids?
Once cured (72 hours), yes. During application and the cure window, keep both off the surface.
